Aspera Ad Astra Reborn

Today I passed by a camera store while just "hanging out" at a mall here in Karlsruhe.

I went in and had a look at some of their lenses. Wow. Very high quality lenses at low prices.

So I actually grabbed myself a Tokina 100 2.8 Macro lens.

This baby works for macro photography as well as for standard portraits. And as I'm going
for a photo shooting pretty soon it only made seens to buy this piece of "glassware".

First tests will be posted here very soon.

Well, as soon as I get all those zoo pictures finished, anyway.

well, not quite.

Over the last couple of days I took myself some time dwelling in old memories, good and bad ones. I'd say I have a pretty good memory of people I've met over the years. Many of them I never saw again. I've started wondering where these people are now, what and how they are doing and where life has taken them.

So I whipped out some whitepages and looked up a couple of names I remembered. It's not easy finding people, though. So I thought I'd us a blog entry to "shout it out" to the world: If you know me and we haven't heard of each other in a while, drop me a message or comment.

If anyone has a good way organize this Information, drop me a message as well, please. I've been looking through the web, but frankly I'm not satisfied with a lot of the websites.
